Terms & Conditions
Included in training: Unless specifically mentioned otherwise: all open classes include all course materials, access to lab exercises, lunches and coffee breaks.
Registration Policy: A company payment, signed company purchase order or a confirmation via Internet is required prior to registration. Lancelot Institute only accepts bank payments that refer to an invoice number
Payment: Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date or 10 days before the 1st day of training, should that be sooner
Currency Rates: Lancelot Institute invoices in Euros [European countries] and US Dollars [, US, Asia Pacific]. Nor the Student and nor Lancelot Institute are responsible for fluctuations due to exchange rates.
Hotel Accommodations: Most of Lancelot Institute's Accredited Training Partners have special arrangements with hotels in their specific region. Your contact person can assist you with your reservation
Attendance Policy: A student may reschedule by submitting written notice to training [at] lancelotinstitute [dot] com no later than 10 business days prior to the start of a class with no additional costs. Said student can take the class within 6 months of the initial class start date. If a reschedule occurs less than ten business days before the start date of a class, or student does not show for the class that they were registered and confirmed for, full payment will be expected with no credit towards a future class. Students may send a replacement if they are unable to attend but the replacement must meet the class prerequisites. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place, Lancelot Institute will make every effort to reschedule and offer an alternative date to take the course.
In- Company, Customized & Partner Trainings: The above mentioned terms and conditions apply to reservations in the open training schedule. Terms and conditions for In Company training are included within the training proposal and agreement; the terms and conditions for Accredited Training Partners are included in the partnership agreement between Lancelot Institute and the Reseller.
