The Lancelot Instiute does not trade or sells companies’ and students personal information and only uses information for the purpose for which it was provided.

Order Process
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (invoice address and possibly a Purchase Order number). We use this information for billing purposes only. Our front office and financial systems are separated. Lancelot Institute will never request specific sensitive information [bank account number, credit card, etc.] when you confirm your training via the website.

Partners
Lancelot Institute open classes are mostly delivered via Accredited Training Partners and some events are co-sponsored by other organizations. When you register for one of these events, said organization may have access to your registration data. That organization may use this information for purposes related to the event but may not share it with others or use the data for marketing purposes.
